Traveler's assistance

The authorized tourist agent, Annemarie Ahornegger will assist you in finding a suitable hotel, to meet your requirements and budget.  To cover her expenses 20 € booking fee is charged.  If you are traveling by car, parking is difficult in central Vienna, hotel parking can be arranged.  Annemarie will also provide you with a map of the hotel area if you are traveling by car, or public transport details if you are traveling by Rail or Air.  (Bus, tram & underground information as well as local Taxi services).

Seminar venue - For those who have not visited Vienna before, Mrs. Annemarie Ahornegger has prepared some simple ideas on how to travel from the various destinations to the Seminar.  There is a variation in cost of up to 10 times, so it is worth while investigating the transport means, and to download the free maps.
