• This seminar goes beyond theoretical lectures. Its main purpose is to introduce the fabrication of “Entire Aluminium Air conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment”.
• The merger of mass production and individual design is one of the strengths of Flat Tube Geometry and the modern joining processes like CAB brazing & MIG Welding are powerful fabrication tools.
• All technical progress is based on the Transition from Copper coils to Aluminium Flat tube Heat exchangers. Newly patented constructions offer unprecedented features to those who understand Aluminium Production Technology.
• This Seminar will focus on explaining “how to produce” Aluminium heat exchangers and due to the generosity of the Sponsors, 1000 pcs of Trial sample, semi finished MFTeX (modular flat tube heat exchanger) will be distributed to help fabrication practice.
• Careful design reduces the start-up capital for a single working place to about 2.000 €
